Tractor power show draws nearly 700

Attendance at the first event said Holter was approximately 675, with U.S. Army Captain Diane Musgrave named as a special guest for the day. The daughter of Dave and Judy Musgrave of Fort Morgan, Capt. Musgrave, who is stationed at Fort Carson, has been in the service for three years and was visiting her parents after returning from a tour of duty in Iraq. Among those showing Massey-Harris, John Deere, Farmall, Case, Cockshutt, Allis-Chalmer, Minneapolis-Moline, Gibson, Powermaster and Cub Lo-Boy equipment were Keith Bath of Fort Morgan, who brought his McCormick-Farmall Super M-TA diesel and Don Hagstrom of Sterling, who featured a 1919 Model T Fond-du-lac conversion and a 1916 Model T Ford homebuilt conversion. "I feel it was a great success, and we are stoked to do it again next year. We worked so well together as a committee and I would like to thank all that helped. Chuck and Bryson Miller were such gracious hosts and bent over backwards to do whatever they could to make the show work, be our auctioneers for the day  and present a great area to have it in."
