In my experience, the best Realtor is the the guy who would stick with you, when some unexpected things happen in the deal. Example: One of my friends purchased a home. After every thing was done, they noticed a major repair costing a couple of $1000. When my friend talked to the seller, the seller simply washed their hands off, saying the deal is over.
