2. Employees of WWIN-FM, Radio One, Inc. (“Radio One”), the USVI Department of Tourism, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertisers, general sponsors, promotional partners, other radio stations in the Baltimore, MD metropolitan area, and members of the immediate families (including children, spouses, parents, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or those living in the same households (whether or not related) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate or win in this Sweepstakes. 3. Winner and guest must possess required travel documents (e.g. a valid passport along with a valid driver’s license, or other government issued photo I.D. with birth date) prior to departure and travel together on the same itinerary.  Travel guest of the Grand Prize Winner must also be a legal resident of the U.S. and must be twenty-one years of age or older.  Travel guest will be required to sign and submit all requested release forms along with the grand prize winner. 2. Dates and times of concerts and trips promoted by Sweepstakes sponsors are subject to change and those changes are deemed to be beyond the control of WWIN-FM and Radio One.  Changes of venue, cancellation of engagements by performing artists, and/or their management may be permanent in nature.  WWIN-FM and Radio One are not obligated to make any effort to find an alternative prize under these circumstances. 6. If for any reason a sweepstakes winner provides notice that they have decided not to accept an awarded prize, the winner will be required to sign a release form acknowledging that they are forfeiting the prize.  It will be at the discretion of the sweepstakes sponsor and / or sweepstakes administrator if another entrant is to be selected as the winner if time permits. 3. The grand prize winners will be notified by telephone by on-air personality Tim Watts.  In the event that the selected entrant doesn’t answer when called by the on-air personality, another entrant will be selected at random and contacted.  At the time of the call, winners will be asked to provide their contact information (off the air); name, address, phone number, and email address. 6.
