Drucker & Falk to manage two new Triangle apartment complexes
Of Raleigh.Sumerlyn, a project by Fayetteville-based Breakwater Partners LLC, broke ground earlier this year and is slated to open in mid-August near the White Oak shopping center in Garner. The Sumerlyn property will have 124 units, all of which will have two bedroom floorplans. Rental prices will range from $875 to $910 a month.
The Village Summit apartment complex in Apex, a project by Silver Spring, Md.-based The Halle Companies, is slated to open in December. It will have 208 units located near the intersection of U.S. 64 and Windy Road. It will have one-, two- and three-bedroom units with 13 floorplan options. Rental rates have not been finalized, yet.
Village Summit is the last phase of The Villages of Apex mixed-use community.
Drucker & Falk of Raleigh, one of the 50 largest multifamily management firms in the country, will be in charge of property management for both properties when they open. Drucker & Falk also has properties throughout North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Tennessee.
