Berkeley Homes launches chic new apartments in Woolwich this weekend

Leading developer Berkeley Homes is launching the latest phase of its impressive Royal Arsenal Riverside scheme this weekend, with launch events on the 25th and 26th June to mark the opening of the sales and marketing suite and new show apartments at The Warehouse No.1 Street. These new homes in South East London are part of a major regeneration project for Woolwich, which has created 1,750 new dwellings to date with another 3,500 to come.

The chic new apartments, from studios to three-bedroom penthouses, have been designed to combine stylish warehouse architectural features such as exposed brickwork and large windows with a specification that includes attractive, sleek kitchens and bathrooms and private balconies, many of which give residents a great view of the Thames or the landscaped courtyard of the development. Berkeley Homes has enlisted the help of interior design company Dapa to create three new show apartments in time for this weekend's launch. In the one-bedroom apartment, iconic images of figures from the 1950s and 1960s are juxtaposed against up-to-the-minute accents of bright block colours. A cooler scheme has been employed in the two-bedroom home, with neutral colours and navy blue featuring heavily. More 60s icons decorate the sophisticated three-bedroom apartment, with its green, black and white palette.

A major part of a massive, multi-million pound scheme to rejuvenate the Woolwich area, Royal Arsenal Riverside incorporates not just apartments, but some excellent new amenities including a gym, health and wellbeing centre, gastropub, museum and café, along with a car-share club.
